Completed Tagteam Cycling Routes
WHERE WE HAVE BEEN. The colored lines on this map represent where we have tagteam cycled since 1 Aug 2015. BLUE lines = 2015, YELLOW lines = 2016, RED lines = 2017. We will continue to update this map as we complete additional route segments (we are not done yet!).
What We Are Doing
We live full time in a 40 square foot Camp Inn teardrop camper while bicycling throughout North America. Each day one of us tows our awesome camper to our next campground, while the other gets there by bicycle. We generally alternate these roles every day in order to allow plenty of time for recovery. We mostly follow routes published by Adventure Cycling in order to find the most scenic route with the least traffic and safest roads. We aim to travel about 40 miles per day, which leaves us with plenty of time to explore things along the way and at our evening's destination. But due to the actual distances between campgrounds, it is not uncommon that we need to ride farther than we would like. We can easily team up to cover 100 or miles per day, when necessary.
